Service Description

This 15 minute consultation is for us to get to know each other, to see what support you would like from counselling and to determine our next steps. Don't worry if you're feeling anxious, you can feel proud that you have taken this first step to reach out for support by arranging a consultation. This is a no pressure conversation, with no obligation to proceed until you are ready.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or rearrange your session, you are required to give a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in you being charged for the booked counselling session. Future sessions are unable to be booked until this payment has been made.
